1. Check the availability calendar. The calendar is updated daily when changes to available dates are known, however it is intended as a guide only.
2. Contact us to confirm availability of your chosen dates.  If your chosen dates are available we will hold your booking to allow time for receipt of your booking form (by email or by post) and deposit (or full balance if booking within 8 weeks of your arrival date).
3. If booking by post, please complete the booking form either on screen before printing, or printed and completed by hand.  Check and sign it, enclosing your deposit cheque before posting it to us at 4 Place de la Mutualite, 11000, CARCASSONNE.  

Please note:

Airport/Rail Meets: We are happy to meet guests arriving at Carcassonne airport or railway station subject to availability. If you would like us to meet you please tell us your flight/train number and arrival time on the booking form.

Equipment for Children: We are happy to lend child safety equipment free of charge. 

Pets/Smoking: We regret we do not permit pets, or smoking, in the house.

Payment: It is quicker to pay us in Euro, or Sterling, direct to our  bank account (Account details).  Alternatively you can send your cheque denominated in Sterling or Euro and made payable to A Sheridan to: 4 Place de la Mutualité, 11000 CARCASSONNE, France.  We are not able to take payment by credit or debit card.

If you send us a Sterling cheque please apply the correct postage and allow 3 weeks for posting and bank clearance. In this case we will contact you by telephone or email to confirm safe receipt and to acknowledge your Booking request. If you wish to send us a Euro cheque which is not drawn on a French bank please add 24 Euro to cover collection costs.

Security Deposit:  We are not able to take payment or guarantee by means of credit card.  For that reason, and in accordance with french property letting practice, your cash security deposit is a mandatory requirement to be settled immediately on arrival in exchange for the keys.  It will be returned to you in exchange for the keys, and the property in the condition in which it was provided to you, on your departure.  

We accept a cash deposit in either Sterling (£170) or Euro (200).  Alternatively you may pay a Sterling security deposit of £170 direct to our UK bank account and we will refund it in whole or part by instructing a payment back to your UK bank account on the first working day after your departure.
