Prices are calculated in Euro and are based on two adults sharing with up to 3 children under the age of 12 (we reserve the right to charge a supplement of 10 Euro per night per additional person over the age of 12).  The price includes all bedlinen, towels, kitchen disposables, cleaning materials, tourist tax (@ 0,70 Euro pppn), and electricity to reasonable levels of consumption.    We do not charge extra for cleaning but ask you to leave the house in a clean and tidy state.  

Sterling rates are indicative only and the actual Sterling price will be confirmed at time of booking and honoured thereafter.  

A deposit of 25% of the total cost of hire is required to secure your booking

A security deposit of 200 Euro/£200 is required on arrival.  Please note we do not accept cheques or credit cards for security deposit purposes.
